I highly recommend this program. Extremely HAPPY with the teaching sessions provided to my daughter. She is very confident in her lessons now and doing all her work independantly. She is enjoying her sessions and finding lessons very useful.
My son started with Tutorwiz when he was 9 years old. He really enjoyes doing this program and yes, I did notice an improvement in his Maths and English. He was pretty confident at school as well. I would reccomend to other parents!
Both of my primary aged children have been part of Tutorwiz for 6 months. When my children identified that they were having trouble with their maths lessons, a friend recommended Tutorwiz. The improvementsin understanding of concepts has been amazing!
Tutorwiz is very good, well planned lessons with plenty of support online and by phone. I like the fact that you get sent weekly reports and there's plenty of support for you (the parent) too. Thank you Simon and Mr Ravel for working with me and my grandchild
Great customer service, my son loved the program, it’s easy to follow, and you always have the support of your tutor on the end of the phone or email. Really good company and program for kids, highly recommend Tutorwiz for all ages and abilities...
Our daughter who is in Year 4 started with Tutorwiz Maths and English courses in September 2019. The online access is easy and the content is well prepared and user-friendly. The online tutor support is great. Weekly reports are provided to parents too.
Tutorwiz provides the structure and subject matter for our daughter to continue to advance in her core subjects. The online programmes are easy to access and engaging for our daughter. Even after 1 term of lessons we feel she is making great progress.
My daughter does Tutorwiz and has done so all through lockdown as I did not want her to fall behind with her learning. It is a great way to keep track of how well they're doing and what it is that they need to focus on. I would highly recommend!
Both of my daughters (aged 5&7) have been using Tutorwiz during lockdown and it’s been an absolute godsend! They are learning through the work set out on a weekly basis by the tutor, they’re always on hand to help and give us weekly feedback on how the girls are getting on, they take note of what needs improvement and what they find easy and adjust their learning from there for the next week, we think it’s great value for money and the kids love the incentives too!
On a personal level and as a teacher who genuinely loves Maths, I have no hesitation in recommending Maths Wiz to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive and extensive Maths programme for school children to improve their Maths skills, understanding of key concepts as well as boosting their confidence and self-esteem.
Olivia has been using Maths Wiz and English Wiz for five months now and she absolutely loves it. She is going in to year one this year and is already doing year three Maths and reading year two books. Not only has it improved her numeracy and literacy it has grown her computer skills.
As a parent it concerns me that Charlotte may not be exposed to the entire curriculum. That was one of the particular things we liked about the Maths and English Wiz. It introduces new topics but also allows her to revise and revisit topics when she's perhaps not being exposed to them at that specific time in school.
I have referred other families to this program and recommend it for anyone who wants to see their children enjoy the learning process and give them a competitive edge at school.
A lot of children start off school just as smart as any other but for some reason their readiness isn't available for them to learn something that might be a Maths series or some phonics or some reading and then they never get to catch up. They're always feeling that they're not good enough. They're always feeling that the other kids are smarter than them and they need some special help... Maths and English Wiz can give parents a great sense of direction and a sense of structured involvement, which will give them great satisfaction.
You can learn at your own pace; and then it's not like when a teacher asks you a question, you get it wrong, then you get embarrassed. Here, the computer asks you and doesn't judge you. If you get it wrong, you just simply go back, learn a bit more progressively; so, it's a very safe way of learning, and yet it's fun at the same time. It's interactive.
